SULLIVAN AKA MISTER SULLY

 

With 7 years spent in Liverpool, England, working in the hospitality industry and traveling, Sullivan has gained a wealth of creative experiences: management, mixology, service, and cooking. He has explored every aspect of the restaurant business.

At the end of 2019, he returned to France and decided to launch his own project. This led to training, recipe testing, renovating a horse trailer into a fully equipped and decorated mobile bar, and even practicing shaker tossing!

His attention to detail, curiosity, and desire to strike out on his own allow him to shape Mister Sully as he envisions: offering a variety of drinks to cater to diverse needs and always enjoying the opportunity to create something new.

Understanding his clients is crucial to him. He places great importance on the quality of service: a great experience is as much about the pleasure of the palate as it is about human interaction. He can’t wait to meet you!
